About this piece
The platter itself is smoked crystal, with rings of concentric ripples that the glassblower creates by hand - each ring a record of the moment when the glass was turned. It sits on a brushed brass column fixed to a natural stone base, so the whole thing has real weight and stays put. Use it for a cheese board, a fruit arrangement, or as a centrepiece on its own. The stone base varies from piece to piece, which is how you know it's real.
