Every order arrives in our signature dark green gift box with tissue, curator care card, and wax-sealed envelope. Fragile pieces are double-boxed with custom foam inserts.
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please initiate via WhatsApp or email. Bespoke and custom orders are non-refundable.
